The chef gives a place of honour to nice and fresh ingredients and the menu changes every week. A wining formula as Sébastien Grospellier was awarded in 2009 with his first Macaron.

The Auberge de Jack in Villy-Lamartine
An inn like it is supposed to be, in the very heart of the Mâcon vineyard (and within a stone’s throw of the house where Lamartine was born) : omelettes, pot-au-feu, tripes, veal kidney with cream… The place has its reputation amongst local wine growers.
