The estate in a few words
Domaine des Temps Perdus consists of 25 acres of vines dispatched through the municipalities of Saint Bris and Préhy (one of the 20 villages of Chablis). From the vines of Saint Bris, we produce some Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre reds and some Aligoté whites and from the vines of Préhy we produce some Chablis , Petit Chablis and Bourgogne Blanc.
The range of wines is complemented with the purchase of fresh grapes : Chablis 1er cru, Montmains, Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos and Irancy, all vinified at the estate.
